Hey All,
A quick update. Bryan Fuller gave a small interview to “The TV Addict”, where he reveals some details about what can we expect for Volume 5, Redemption.
The TV Addict: Are there plans to introduce any new heroes next season, or will you be focusing more on the core group of heroes.
Bryan Fuller:Yes and yes.
He also talked about the season finale of Fugitives. Nothing really new. Sylar will kill a Hero but it will bite him back.
The TV Addict: What can you share about Monday’s HEROES season finale?
Bryan Fuller: After you watch it, I think fans will see the finale as a very logical extension of the “Fugitives” arc and agree that it’s the best finale the show has ever had. Sylar kills a hero, and kills him good, but gets some good comeuppance too. We [the writers room] broke it painstakingly in the room over two weeks, it took a long time to break because we were trying to figure out how do we earn all of this stuff and how do we set up the necessary arcs for the next season and I think we did a good job.

Well… No. Definitely.
Nathan’s death was the most anticlimactic one since Adam’s.
It was well crafted but also a little sad.
I don’t get why they didn’t just heal Nathan with Claires blood.
They healed Noah with her blood.
lol i was thinking the same thing. I mean, hell even Sylars blood wouldve sufficed.
Yeh, same here.
Perhaps if we keep saying, they may do it anyway since if Sylar get control of himself back and they still want Nathan character exist, then..
Actually, more like one of the stupidest finales of the series. Had they wanted it to NOT be stupid, kill Sylar, have Peter morph into Nathan and resign and disappear. The end, no more Sylar.
Same thing happened when Sylar took the shapeshifting power: He should have killed Danko right then, and the entire world would have thought him dead & gone.
Seriously, the writers sat around for TWO WEEKS to come up with an ending like that? With such an obvious alternative solution?
Well you know that if they had revived Nathan with Claire’s blood nobody would have been happy because that is what they constantly do. And HRG is very protective of Claire – he probably wouldn’ have let Angela do it, even if Claire wanted to.
I agree, it would have been terrible if they actually DID bring Nathan back with magick blood, but they could have give some reason why it wouldn’t work. For example:
Noah: We can get Claire in here and inject Nathan with her blood.
Angela: No… no it wouldn’t work… he’s lost too much blood already. It’s too late… he’s gone for good.
That would have silenced all the backlash by adding two simple lines like that.
Well, almost all of it. Remind me again why Noah and Angela thought it was a good idea to let a psychokiller run loose in the body of a US senator… especially when Peter could have just shapeshifted into Nathan to solve their problem?!?!
